‘FENCE’ @ Prague Short Film Festival

FENCE‘ by Lendita Zeqiraj has been selected to be the part of International Competiton at 14th edition of Prague Short Film Festival, to be held from 23rd – 27th January 2019 in the capital of Czech Republic.

Prague Short Films Festival is organized by Film Servis Festival Karlovy Vary, organizer of the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival. The best and most inspiring short films from all over the world head towards the Czech capital again, where they will be presented at the 14th Prague Short Films Festival. The audience will have the opportunity to watch dozens of films in traditional sections – the international competition, the overview program of current Czech cinema, the experimental films section Labo and the late night Brutal Relax Show.

‘FENCE’ @ Auteur Film Festival

FENCE‘ by Lendita Zeqiraj has been selected to be the part of ‘BRAVE BALKANS‘ program at 24th edition of Auteur Film Festival (FAF), one of the most famous Belgrade cultural manifestations, and an important event for film lovers in Serbia.

The 24th edition of Auteur Film Festival, FAF, will take place in Belgrade from November 24 – 30. 2018. The audience will once again have the opportunity to enjoy a carefully-curated selection of the best independent, arthouse and films d’auteur released in the past couple of years from across the world.

‘FENCE’ @ Saint Cloud Film Festival

FENCE‘ by Lendita Zeqiraj has been selected to be part of 8th,  Saint Cloud Film Festival, which will takes place from November 3rd through November 10th 2018, in St Cloud, Minnesota USA.

The St Cloud Film Festival promotes film and filmmakers by creating opportunities for education, production, and appreciation during an annual festival and through year-long outreach. From live action to animation, documentary to avant-garde all film makers will have a place and a voice at this film festival.

‘FENCE’ @ Thessaloniki International Film Festival

FENCE‘ by Lendita Zeqiraj has been selected to be part of 59th edition of Thessaloniki International Film Festival, as part of Balkan Survey Program.

The 59th Thessaloniki International Film Festival will be held November 1 – 11, 2018, inviting the audience to discover innovative filmmakers, new sections, engaging tributes, the best films of independent cinema, the majority of the annual Greek film production, new initiatives in the festival’s Agora Industry and parallel events. For 25 years the Thessaloniki International Film Festival’s Balkan Survey section has been showcasing the best samples of the Balkan area’s film production. Well-known directors, as well as promising newcomers tackle a variety of challenging themes in the core program of this year’s edition that consists of 15 films, both shorts and features.

‘FENCE’ @ Geneva International Film Festival – GIFF

FENCE‘ by Lendita Zeqiraj has been selected to be part of 24th edition of Geneva International Film Festival Festival Tous Ecrans, as part of International Shorts Program, to be held from 02 – 10 November 2018.

Since its inception in 1995, the Geneva International Film Festival (GIFF) has been exploring the links between cinematelevision and digital art, while defending the place of the author in the artistic process, regardless of the audiovisual format. For the first time this year, the International Shorts program is curated by Internationale Kurzfilmtage Winterthur.

FENCE‘ by Lendita Zeqiraj has been selected to have its European Premiere at 22nd Internationale Kurzfilmtage Winterthur, Switzerland’s most significant short film festival. Established in 1997, the festival takes place from 6th until 11th November 2018.

Year after year, the festival’s short cinematic delicacies attract thousands of film fans to the venues in and around Casino theater, appealing to industry representatives and the general audience alike. The International and Swiss Competitions are at the heart of the festival and at the pulse of current filmmaking from around the world, films of the Kurzfilmtage competitions qualify for nomination consideration for the OSCAR®, the British Academy Film Award BAFTA, the Swiss Film Award Quartz, and the Zurich Film Award Cadrage. In addition to the competitions, Kurzfilmtage shows scrupulously curated short film programmes, which contextualize their themes against a wider cultural background.

‘FENCE’ @ Tirana International Film Festival

FENCE‘ by Lendita Zeqiraj has been selected to be part of International Competition at the 16th, Oscar-qualifying Tirana International Film Festival, which will takes place from November 2nd through November 9th 2018.

Tirana International Film Festival, which is implemented by the Tirana Film Institute,  it’s the biggest and the oldest Film Festival in Albania, placed in the capital city of Tirana. The Festival was created in 2003 (it was the first film festival after a decade gap from the official state film festival organized during the communism regime until 1990). The Festival is internationally recognized and screens every year more than 200 films of all genres (features, shorts, fiction, documentaries, animation, video art, experimental and student films from all over the world) devised in various sections that compete and with eight international juries, including FIPRESCI.

We are very excited to reveal that ‘FENCE‘ by Lendita Zeqiraj has been selected to be part of the 26th annual, Oscar-qualifying Hamptons International Film Festival , which will take place from October 4th through October 8th.

The festival is committed to exhibiting films that express fresh voices and differing global perspectives to enlighten audiences, educate, provide invaluable exposure for filmmakers, and present inspired entertainment.
